Should I report a household employee if I live overseas and my foreign employee is not subject to U.S. employment law?

I live in a foreign country, but my income is from a U.S. company.  I pay household staff to work in my home. they are all foreign, citizens of country where I live.  They are not subject to U.S. labor laws.

No, you are not required to report a household employee if they are nonresident aliens with no presence in the USA and perform these services outside the USA.
