I didn't use my car that much for my home cooking business other than to buy materials, gas and only delivered to my customers a total of 7 times for the year because they came to me to pick up their orders. The grocery store is only 2 minutes away from where I live and the gas station is 30 seconds. Should I claim the vehicle deduction? I recorded everything in quick books and the vehicle deduction looks extremely low. I only recorded for business purposes NOT personal. I do not want to be audited and this is my first time ever working for myself as self employed.

Absolutely claim whatever business expenses you have as long as you have evidence of the expenses being paid and that they are qualified business expenses. If you have your mileage you drove your vehicle for business use then you need not worry about an audit. Doesn't matter how low the vehicle deduction is, it is your deduction to take.
