Seller financed loan - we had int. paid to us for 6 months and then they sold the property, where do I enter the sale? Int. is already entered.

I put 6 months of interest payments in the Interest from Seller Financed Loans section, not sure how to show the sale of the property that happened in June.

Seller financed loan - we had int. paid to us for 6 months and then they sold the property, where do I enter the sale? Int. is already entered.

If you did not own the property you do not have to report the sale.

Who was the owner of the property when it was sold? You or someone else?

Someone else - we used to own it, sold it to friends - they owned it but we financed their loan.
