Self Employment Health Insurance Deduction

I don't understand how my health insurance premium deduction increased from Health LTC Works to Schedule 1 Line 17.  The deduction on line 10 of Health LTC Works was $3,079 and increased to $5,448 on Schedule 1 Line 17 (Self-employed Health Insurance Deduction).  Shouldn't the amount from Health LTC Works be the amount transferred to Schedule 1 Line 17?

I think I have it figured out.  Needed to account for Line 8A of form 8962 that was added to the amount in Health LTC Works.
