Do I need to file an Idaho return. All work except these reviews is done in my WA office. I saw on Turbo Tax Idaho I do not need to file if income not over $2,500.00. With the deductions allowed including the health payments for spouse & I my business 0's out. I pay Social Security tax. I turned 65 October, 2018, husband 69. T

No. Since your business income is earned in Washington State, you do not need to file an Idaho return.
