Self Employed Health Insurance Deduction Allows More than 50%

My MFJ return has two Schedule C's that take the Self Employed Health Insurance Deduction - one for me and one for my wife.  Both Schedule C worksheets are transferring more than 50% of the Health Insurance deduction to Schedule 1.  Is anyone else experiencing this problem?  I'm expecting it to be capped at 50%.

The 1040 has 4 Schedule C's is total.  The other two do not have anything in the SE Health Insurance deduction.  At first they did, but the numbers have now been zeroed out.

For each of these two Schedule C businesses you should be entering only that business's 50% share of the health insurance premiums paid so that the total on Schedule 1 does not exceed the total paid for SE Health Insurance.
