Seasonal consignment sale

i run a consignment sale. i pay a commision to people who sell their items in the event. i never  own the items. how do i report the money i pay to the people who owned the sold items?

You can subtract the fees from the income that you are reporting or list the commission fees as a business expense as a Miscellaneous expense.
