Sale of second home doesn't show gross proceeds and selling expenses correctly

The amount on 1099S is the gross proceeds not net proceeds. I need to report commissions, etc. as selling expenses. I can't seem to get the entries to work right.

Add them to the cost basis and enter the amount as an adjusted basis.
