Requested tax withheld on the stock sale. Is "net proceeds" total dollar figure from the sale (including the taxes) or the figure AFTER the taxes were withheld?

Taxes withheld are not part of the net proceeds.

Net proceeds is calculated by taking the sale price and subtracting all selling costs.
