Rental property sale title and legal fees

I know what to deduct but don't know where to enter the above fees.

Any help would be appreciated.  If no reply will just locate under expenses 

to increase my basis, I guess

Under what header?  Never saw anything or do I have to fill in the line item?  Is it under real estate header?

Yes. It is in the Rental Properties and Royalties section.

If you indicate that you sold the property in the Property Profile section, then you will see the Sale of Assets/Depreciation section and you will come across the screen in the screenshot.

Did you enter the property (as an asset) in the Rentals section?

All good.  I redid my whole return as I had checked purchased asset.
