Registration fees; do I just do the registration filing fee or the total fee?

I'm trying to enter my car registration fees but I don't want to mess it up. Do I enter the total fee that is at the bottom of the paper or is it one of the specific ones in the list (registration filling, title filling, vehicle title application, ect.)?

Every state has different requirements for what is allowed for the car registration fees deduction included on Schedule A (Itemized Deductions).
