TurboTax had a blog post about the section where I can use to claim missing stimulus checks (first and second), but I could not locate it on the tax forms (Recovery Rebate Tax Credit). look in the federal review section; the 2nd stimulus payment is not programmed in yet 

the filing window does not open until late January in any event; the law regarding the 2nd stimulus was just passed 9 days ago and since it affects almost everyone, the likelihood is it will be reprogrammed before the end of the month.  TT normally updates their software on on Thursday mornings each week, so suggest patience.
