I didn't receive my 2nd stimulus payment, and I did not see the Recovery Rebate Credit questions during the federal review. After some research, it's because my adjusted gross income was more than $75,000 (I'm single) during 2020. However in 2019, my income was less than $75,000, and I was eligible for the 2nd stimulus payment. I confirmed that I was supposed to receive $600 on the IRS.gov website, and I was eligible because of my information from 2019.
How can I enter the $600 Recovery Rebate Credit on TurboTax (based on my 2019 info), if my AGI for 2020 is already entered into the form? There's no field to enter 2019 AGI.
Any help would be appreciated!
Thank you.

The Recovery Rebate Credit is only based on your 2020 federal tax return, filing status and 2020 AGI.
IRS website for the Recovery Rebate Credit - https://www.irs.gov/newsroom/recovery-rebate-credit
Economic Impact Payments were based on your 2018 or 2019 tax year information. The Recovery Rebate Credit is similar except that the eligibility and the amount are based on 2020 information you include on your 2020 tax return.
@DoninGA Wow, so I'm not getting the 2nd stimulus payment... interesting. Thank you so much for clarifying this.
