My wife and I had a child in Sept. of 2020. We did not receive stimulus money for the child, but were directed to the Recovery Rebate Credit so that it could be included in our refund. There's no option to add a child, it simply asks about my wife and I. How do I receive the rebate credit for my child?

Go back to My Info and make sure you said your baby lived with you the WHOLE YEAR and not just the number of months. Even a baby was born on Dec 31 is considered to live with you the whole year. You might have to delete the baby and re add him. Pay attention to the questions, especially the one asking if he paid more than half of his support.
Then at the end you enter the amounts you already got and if you qualify for more it will be added to 1040 line 30.
You have to enter your child as a dependent in My Info. Make sure you enter his Social Security number.
When you go through the screens in My Info make sure to say your child lived with you the WHOLE year. When it asks the oddly worded question about whether your child paid for over half their own support say NO.
When you get to the questions about how much stimulus money you received you enter the amounts that you received for round #1 and round # 2. It is not going to ask you anything specific about your child---it does not need to. The software will see the dependent and calculate the additional credit and put it on line 30 of your Form 1040.
