Why did my employer use box 10 (dependent care benefits) to input what i paid in child support?

I pay child support monthly and my employer has put it under dependent care benefits.. is that right? Will i now be getting taxed twice on the amount?

Cannot answer why your employer reported child support in dependent care.   I would go talk to your employer and ask them to correct your W-2.
