they should roll to 2024 form 8829 if you used Turbotax in 2023. in any case as you are entering HPO expenses you should come to a page that asks if you had any HO expenses not deducted(ible) in prior year.

they come from prior yer form 8829 lines 43 and 44. line 43 goes to 2024 line 25 and line 44 goes to 2024 line 31
