TT Calculating $0 Depreciation for a musical instrument used in business in year 5

TurboTax deluxe appears to be miscalculating our depreciation for a musical instrument.  In the help it suggests putting in the correct dates and amounts, and we have done all of that.  How do I get it to calculate correctly, or find out why it's not calculating it?

I suggest you delete the asset and reenter it again.
