I must include SC sch TC38 with my SC tax return. If I eFile, will I be able to upload the form? Or do I need to mail in my return?

According to the instructions for SC SCH.TC-38, if you file a paper return, you should attach the form to your tax return. However, if you file electronically then you do not. In this case, just keep a copy with your tax records.

Great answer, but took a long time to find. Perhaps consider adding SC or South Carolina and e-file to the subject line.
