Qualified Medical Expenses (CARES ACT)
Under the CARES Act over the counter drugs are considered qualified medical expenses that may be paid for with an HSA/FSA. Does this apply to itemized medical expense deduction as well?

No. "Non-prescribed OTC drugs and products (other than insulin) continue to be non-deductible by individuals under Code Section 213".
