On form 8938 I have the same accounts as last year but received more stocks. How do I make "Were any foreign assets acquired or sold during the tax year?" Yes

Each year  you have to report the  values ( even if the accounts  / stocks are the same as year before ) --- note that the values  are tiered and therefore  you may have to update the  tier.  Sp the  answer is  "yes "
