Yes, if you are traveling with your spouse while he is receiving medical care.
If this is the case, you can deduct $50 for each night for each person.
However, if you are traveling alone to go visit him, they may not be deductible.
The only time they would be deductible is if you are traveling to visit him if the visits are considered part of his treatment.
