IRA distributions QCD

The state of Minnesota does not allow the deduction for a qualified Charitable Deduction, however Turbo Tax did not add it back to income when preparing the Minnesota Tax return. How do I correct this?   Will future additions of Turbo Tax include this addition?  Please reply to [email address removed].

Maybe I'm just forgetting about it, but why do you think Minnesota does not allow QCDs?
