Yes.  The stimulus payment will be used to pay the back child support owed.

What if you only owe 600 will you get the other 600 or no ? Thanks

If your stimulus check would otherwise be for $1,200, but $600 will be applied to back child support, you should still be eligible to receive the remaining $600 as stimulus.

If you owe child support does this influence the stimulus check

No. Your economic impact payment will not be subject to most types of federal offset or garnishment as a result of defaulted student loans or tax debt. However, the payments are still subject to garnishment if you’re behind on child support.
