If I paid property taxes on a property that is under my name, how do I report that?

What kind of property? Rental property that you report on SCH E? Your personal residence, 2nd home or vacation home? Farming property that you report on SCH F? Something else?

Property taxes paid on personal property real estate that is your primary home or 2nd home gets reported on SCH A as an itemized deduction. Enter it under the Deductions & Credits tab in the Your Home section.
