Please follow these instructions if you enter the property tax from a form 1098:

  1. Login to your TurboTax Account
  2. Click on the Search box on the top and type “1098”
  3. Click on “Jump to 1098” and you should see the “Here's your 1098 info” screen
  4. Click “Edit” next to form 1098 you wish to edit.
  5. Continue until you get to the "Let's get the details from your 1098" screen
  6. Scroll down and edit the property tax amount

Please follow these instructions if you enter additional property tax, not from form 1098:

  1. Login to your TurboTax Account
  2. Click on the Search box on the top and type “property tax”
  3. Click on “Jump to property tax” and you should see the “Enter any additional property tax you paid in 2019” screen
  4. Edit the property information.

If this doesn't work you might have to delete the form completely and reenter the information by following these instructions: How do I view and delete forms in TurboTax Online?
