I entered my Tesla EV on energy-efficient vehicles and it says that Tesla does not quality for the federal tax credit for EVs. I was tracking that it now qualifies.

Tesla does not qualify for the 2022 tax credit.  The new rules apply to vehicles bought after January 1, 2023.  Unfortunately, those who purchased Tesla's and a few other models in 2022, will not get any type of credit.
