How do I enter both types of the foreign dividends when some are RIC and some are not?

You will have at least two foreign "countries" columns listed on the 1116. One will be "RIC" and the other(s) will be the particular country(ies) that taxed your other income.

 

The RIC foreign tax info will be picked up when you enter the 1099-DIV (or import) and the rest when you go through the FTC (foreign tax credit) interview (get there by searching for "foreign tax credit" and choosing "jump to foreign tax credit"
