How do I calculate my miles under this circumstance?

Assuming all these records are correct. Also it is actually a business trip. How should I calculate my miles? THIS IS NOT A W-2 BUT A 1099 working from home. 

Let's say I drive from

Home to point 1 (business purposes)--9 miles

point 1 to point 2 (personal) --3 miles 

point 2 to back homes (business or personal?)--8 miles

What miles can I add for the purposes of tax deduction?

if you are an employee, then forget it.  employee business expenses are no longer deductible.  

self-employed and work from home, all the mileage is deductible.

Yes, this is a working from home for a 1099. So all of this is deductible even the portions that are personal errands?

Depends if you are a W-2 employee of self-employed.  If W2 then nothing.
