Florida does not levy a state individual income tax. There is no need to file an income tax return with the state. 

Choose Skip State in the State Taxes section for Florida. The Florida return in TurboTax is only for reporting assets used in connection with a Florida-located business or rental property and is filed with the county property appraiser's office.
