Court ordered legal guardian

I have court orders legal guardianship of a child. Do I enter it him under my child or other person? And what options under those should I choose?

It depends.

 

Please see the link below for more clarification as it is hard to tell what the child's relationship is to you.  If they are related to you, you could qualify to claim them as a child, but if they are not related to you, they would be considered a qualifying relative instead.
