We'd love to help you complete your tax return, but need more information. Can you please clarify your question? You are no seeing the screen where you enter the address?
I am in the section titled Energy-Saving Home Improvements, in the subsection titled Residential energy property costs in 2023. I am trying to request credit for installation of a new heat pump. I enter the cost under heat pump, and continue to the next screen where I am asked to enter the address for each home where I installed qualified energy property. I've clicked all over this screen, and have found no place where I can enter an address. When I click under "Street address," a blue line appears under the shaded box, but I cannot enter any information. The same thing happens for each of the other columns - Unit, City, Zip. The letters in the word "State" appear one under the other instead of next to each other, regardless of how big I make the window. I cannot Continue because I receive the message "Need to enter a complete address below." I've installed all updates and relaunched TurboTax - no change.
@xxmd23 Which operating system are you using for the TurboTax desktop CD/Download edition installed on your personal computer? Window or Mac?
Have you updated your software to the latest release?
Click on Online at the top of the desktop program screen. Click on Check for Updates
iMac - Latest edition of iOS is installed (Monterey 12.7.2) (automatically checks for updates).

Darn...I am not a Mac user so cannot help. I use TurboTax for Windows and am not seeing the problem you are experiencing.
I'm also getting this error:
TurboTax Premier 2023 Desktop
MacOS 14.2.1
A work-around is to go to Forms and fill in the information directly on the form.
I've had other problems with 2023 TurboTax where the screen shows a double entry of the top lines and the screen freezes. Also, many entries on the tax forms are not posed as questions in Easy-Step. Quality control for this year's TT does not seem as good as in the many previous years that I've used this tax software.
I have the same problem on a brand-new iMac with IOS 14 that I purchased a week ago. At this point, I am ready to make appointment with H&R Block. I have been using Turbotax to do my income tax for nearly 20 years.

You should be able to get the address entered by using Forms mode. Select the Forms icon from the TurboTax menu.
When in Forms mode the Form 5695 will be listed on the left side of the page. Click on the form to open.
With the Form 5695 opened enter the address for the type of credit you are reporting. There are 4 places on the form to enter an address.
I worked around this by continuing past the screen where it wouldn't let me enter the address. During SmartCheck, it found the error and had me enter the address information that was needed.
Or, you can follow other's advice and open the "forms" view and enter the address info directly on the form.
