Can I skip inputting vehicle expenses when my vehicle was actually just a bicycle?

I deliver for Uber Eats on a bicycle, and my Federal Review won't let me move forward without reviewing a vehicle.

Yes.  Do not enter your bicycle as a "vehicle."  A bike is not a "vehicle" under the tax code.  You would list the bike itself as an asset and the expenses under general repairs, you can't list it in the vehicle section.
