Can a 5 year old child who has a "business" which is funded due to his hospital level of care, be claimed as a dependent when mothers' whole income is from him?

Parent is an employee of her household employer child. Is the mom still able to claim all credits since her income is from him and exempt?

Can you explain the income that child is receiving? are you saying the child is getting disability insurance and the mother doesn't otherwise work?  And the family is using that disability income to live off of??????

I think OP may be referring to a Medicaid Self-Directed Care or similar program, which let a disabled person hire family members as caregivers in some states.
