2021 Tax Return I used the $120 package but kept getting promoted to go to the $200 package will that help get money back or owe less?

Hi, Turbo Tax,

My name is Kirk Patterson and I have a family of 4 I am a 1099 contractor and made $26,500 in 2021then collected $11,300 in unemployment?  I used the Turbo package that was $120 but it kept pushing me to the $200 Package.  After using the $120 package I owed the Fed $705 not counting the State of VA.  Should I use the more expensive package to reduce taxes owed and possible get a refund?  What is the real difference?
