2020 Carryover amounts

I'm doing some preliminary work on entering my info into Turbo Tax and its asking me to enter my 2020 Carryover Amounts. I didn't have any but it looks like I'm stuck in a loop because it is expecting me to enter something. I enter "0" but it just goes back requesting that I enter the carryover amounts. It's also asking me for a few forms (2439 and 6251) which I don't have and didn't receive in 2020. How do I get out of this loop?

Try to enter the value 1 and see if that will clear the loop.  This will have no effect on your taxes.

Hi DaveF1006

Thanks for  your reply and I tried inserting a 1 like you suggested but that didn't work either.

I talked with Teresa at support and she helped me with my issue. I believe she got it resolved. I guess I misunderstood what they carryover was. Now I'm just waiting for the rest of my documents to come in.
