Purchased a new vehicle & claimed it sales tax in my 2017 tax return. Ho many times can I claim sales tax for that same vehicle? Can I claim the sales tax for 2018 again?

No, you can only claim sales tax paid on your vehicle in the year you acquired it (in 2017 in your case).
