It seems you may already have entered this elsewhere, and the program carried the amount over to itemized deductions, where you entered it again.  Did you take a home office deduction or rental property deduction for the property tax?

I did make a home office but, can't find where it was entered twice.

Since you're using Deluxe, I assume this was taken as a job related expense for Schedule A.  You would have to return to that section under Deductions and Credit and walk back through to the assets section to edit the house.  You would see the mortgage interest entered there.  You should change that entry to only the portion used for business, meaning multiply the tax by the same percentage of the house used for the office.  Then, return to the home expenses where you entered the full amount of the property tax and reduce it to just the amount left over by the home office deduction.

In the Home office section did you enter the mortgage again ?
