Property taxes on principal home

I am not able to put an amount for property taxes paid on our principal home.  I go to the field and it has 0.00 and I cannot enter anything. I do not know how to fix this

Put your cursor in the box showing a 0.  Double clicking on that box which will open the Supporting Details window.  Click on Remove.
