Property taxes as part of rent

I have a letter that tells me what part of my rent went to property taxes. Where do I enter this? I only see property taxes for property I own.

A letter from whom?  Rent is not deductible on a Federal return. If your state allows it, it will be covered during the state return.

Yes. When I got to state, there was a place. You're right, not Federal, but allowed by state.
