Is there any benefit to paying my property taxes prior to 12.31.2021? I will be taking the standard deduction for married filing jointly.

Not if you take the Standard Deduction unless your Itemized Deductions are more than the Standard Deduction. But you can only deduct a max of 10,000 for taxes paid.
