If you need to enter your Property Tax information from your Form 1098, you can do so in the following location: 

1.) Federal

2.) Deductions and Credits

3.) Your Home

4.) Mortgage Interest, Refinancing and Insurance

You could also enter this information in Your Home - Property Taxes, but once you've entered it in one location it is not necessary to enter it a second time.
