Property ownership and co-owner

I have a silent joint partner on my rental property. (He agreed to lend me some money for putting his name as an owner)

But I pay the mortgage on the property 100%, make any decisions 100% and pay all taxes and expenses and thus I receive the rent and file taxes.

In TurboTax  "Property Ownership Question", it asks me if I am 100% owner or not.

In my case, am I considered a 100% owner? (I don't need to allocate any separate % on any expenses because I am responsible for all that)

Yes.  For tax reporting purposes, since you are receiving all the rental income and paying all the expenses, you would be considered the 100% owner.
