The side of the form only lists the basic standard deduction amounts. However, there are additional amounts that are added to the standard deduction for taxpayers that are either blind and/or over 65.
You can see the calculation on page 25-26 of IRS Publication 501 if you wish (link below). $13,950 would be the standard deduction for married filing jointly when one taxpayer was either blind or over 65.
