Possibly. Some tax credits, such as the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) are refundable, which means they are treated as if they were withheld from a paycheck.

The only way to know for sure is to enter all of your income and dependent information into TurboTax.

Not allowing me to claim low income credit when I was a resident of the state from 2022-2023 going to school. Why is that. Wouldn’t allow me to do so last year either.
