To enter this information, follow these steps in Turbo Tax:

• Log into your tax return.
• Use the search box in the upper right corner, type in "PMI" and press enter.
• Click the "Jump to PMI" link that comes up.
• Answer Yes to having paid any home loans in 2016.
• From here Turbo Tax will lead you through a few questions regarding your mortgage loan.
• Once you've answered these questions, you get the the screen that asks you to enter...

1. Mortgage Interest (Box 1), and
2. Mortgage Insurance Premiums (Box 5).

Enter your PMI amount in the box for mortgage insurance premiums and click continue.
