Parsonage or housing allowance and qualifying expenses - Is there somewhere to enter expenses that exceed that which was received? I am under supported.

I am under supported so do other work part-time while working in ministry full-time.  I rent at $740 per month, utilities (including basic home phone) $100/month and insurance of 115/year.

I received just $4500 for the whole.  Anything I can do?

Sorry, there is no tax deduction when your expenses exceed the housing allowance.  You should probably talk to your church about rebalancing the housing allowance.  It doesn't cost them anything to make your salary all housing allowance. If $4500/year is your total compensation from a small church, then sorry, there isn't anything else you can do.
