Our farm land and home are combined in one mortgage. How to split?

Our farm land and home are combined in one mortgage. When entering the percentage for the home in TurboTax, do I say that I did not receive a 1098 or that the amount I am reporting is different than what is shown on the 1098? I plan to report 75% of the mortgage on our personal deductions and 25% on the Schedule F.
