On one screen TurboTax is telling me that I don't qualify for the home office deduction because the net profit was zero. On another screen it shows profit being over zero

Both can't be true. Net profit was 5 figures so why does TurboTax incorrectly think it was zero?

Please revisit the Home Office section of your return and look for the Business conducted in home office page.   You have to indicate some % or the income won't be linked to the Home Office Deduction worksheet.   Can you tell me what version of TurboTax you are using and if it is desktop or online?

See this discussion and Annette's solution from a prior year - you probably have the same issue...

I am using the online version and have indicated 100%. I've stepped through the questions a half dozen times or so. The initial submission stated I was eligible and completed the calculation properly. So I moved on to other sections. I noticed later that it was showing that it needed a review even though it completely properly the first time. After going back in and changing nothing it then repeatedly told me I wasn't eligible for the home office deduction. I went back today, made no changes, and it's now telling me I am eligible and did the calculation correctly.

No idea why or what fixed it but it makes me suspect of other logic/calculations in TT this year.
