Do you have a TurboTax Online account?

We'll help you get started or pick up where you left off.

On Form 8829, Simplied Method Smart Worksheet

I use my home office exclusively for conducting my insurance business. It is 155 square feet.

On line B in enter 155

Line C tells me to enter the lesser of the square footage of your office or 300. I enter 155.

I use it 100% of the time 12 months a year as a home office.

When I am ready for TurboTax to file my return it keeps sending me back to this problem area.

I'm losing my mind over what is wrong with my entries.

I would really appreciate someone emailing me the remedy at [email address removed]  or even better, calling me at [phone number removed].
