No, you do not need to list your medical expenses paid from your HSA line by line. You add them up and enter the total.

No, you do not need to list your medical expenses paid from your HSA line by line. You add them up and enter the total.

Your HSA paid medical expense entry should exactly equal the amount on your Form 1099-SA, box 1.
